Hugh Petter of Robert Adam architects as been appointed to the Council of Advisors for the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America. The Institute is the leading national non-profit organization in the US dedicated to advancing the practice and appreciation of the classical tradition in architecture and the allied arts. Based in New York, it provides educational resources in the United States and in Europe, runs Academic Programs including study tours, Public Education Programs and conferences, and publishes an annual journal, The Classicist. Above all, the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America maintains a strong 'voice' in the public domain, championing the continuation of the classical tradition as a vital cultural resource.
