The Union Court and Eton Street development is a mixed-use scheme for offices and retail and lies in the Conservation Area of Richmond-upon-Thames. The development consists of two separate blocks, one facing a shopping street and the other an interior urban block. The two buildings are designed to unite in the interior courtyard to create a small new urban square characteristic of the Richmond area.

Inside the courtyard sits a first floor glazed conference room, with an ornate copper dome, which is designed to provide an interesting interaction between the life of the square and the users of the offices.
