The accommodation includes an indoor swimming pool complex, staff flat and six principal bedroom suites. The most important rooms in the house will look out across the rear gardens to the 18th hole of the main golf course at Wentworth.

The Doric entrance portico is the dominant feature of the entrance façade with the remaining elevations having a rendered finish relying on careful proportion and fine areas of detail for their affect.

Kingfishers was completed in the summer of 1998.
